Bottom Surgery

Bottom Surgery

Medical procedures on a person's sexual organs that are part of gender reassignment surgery to make a person's body match his or her gender.

Why it's done?

Many people seek surgery as a step in the process of treating discomfort or distress because their gender identity differs from their sex assigned at birth. This is called gender dysphoria.

Evaluation for surgery

Prior to surgery, your health is evaluated to address any medical conditions that may prevent you from having surgery or may affect the procedure.

Feminizing Surgery

Feminizing bottom surgery is a gender-affirming procedure that reconstructs male reproductive organs into parts of a vulva and vagina.

Masculinizing Surgery

Masculinizing background surgery involves procedures that help a person's gender identity and body match by performing genital reconstruction.

Surgeries

The most well-known gender-affirming procedures are those that reshape the genitals, also known as genital reassignment surgery, genital reconstruction surgery, and sex reassignment surgery. However, the medical organization World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) has clarified the meaning of "sex reassignment surgery" to include any of a larger number of surgical procedures performed as part of a medical treatment for gender dysphoria.

Simple Vaginoplasty

The objective is to create a female genital complex both from an anatomical, aesthetic and functional point of view.

Colovaginoplasty

That’s a surgical technique whose objective is to achieve adequate depth using a colon segment to cover the neovagina.

Peritonization / PPV
Peritoneal Vaginoplastic

It is a surgical technique whose objective is to achieve a good depth using a peritoneal flap to cover the new vagina.

Orchiectomy

Orchiectomy in transsexual women is a surgical procedure that involves the removal of the testicles.

Zero Depth Vaginoplasty

The main characteristic of this feminisation surgery is that an external vulva is created with all its anatomical components.

Metoidioplasty

Many clitorises develop hypertrophy with hormone therapy, this means a considerable enlargement that will allow us to create a penis from it.

Phalloplasty

The phalloplasty is a surgical procedure through which a penis of a shape and size similar to that of any CIS male is achieved.

Penis and Testicles Prosthesis

Thanks to these prostheses we will obtain a natural appearance similar to that of a cis man and an erection ability.
